Privacy notice
Last updated: November 7, 2026
At Reliable Wi-Fi & More, we take care of the information you share with us. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
Reliable Wi-Fi & More is an independent dealer in Texas. We help you compare and sign up for home internet, electricity plans, security alarms and water softeners from different providers. We are not an internet, electricity or security provider.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, you give us your first name, phone number, ZIP code, the best time to call you, the services you're interested in and how you heard about us. If you call or message us, we also keep notes on what you tell us so we can follow up.
How we use it
- To call you and check which services are available at your address.
- To help you sign up for the service you choose.
- To understand which channels work best for us, such as Facebook or Google.
We never sell or rent your information. We don't send text messages; we'll only call the number you gave us.
Who we share it with
Only the provider you decide to sign up with, and only what they need for your order. Your information also passes through the services we use to receive form submissions and email (our web host, the service that forwards form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider).
Links to other websites
The button to compare electricity plans opens the ComparePower website. That site has its own privacy policy, and we don't control what happens there.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add tools to measure visits or ads in the future, we'll update this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're helping you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop calling you. Call 832-460-4301 or email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we update this notice, we'll post the new version on this page with its date.
